Careful with patient calls

Every plan works the same way. Call audio isn't recorded by default, so your team reads a written transcript and summary. Calls and messages are visible only to people signed in to your clinic's account.

Billing questions

No. Plans are month to month with no setup fee. You can change or cancel your plan from Settings in your dashboard, under Billing.

Yes. You can move between Starter and Pro from Settings, under Billing.
